"The workshop helped me think about how I run personal development / team building activities with a number of providers. I've also used the 'solution/problem' grid to redesign a few of my courses to give a better flow - that's been really useful. Thanks for a fantastic couple of days!"

Andy Royle

"I'd never been taught how to run any form of team building before, it's often just thrown at us. It's been really valuable to spend a couple of days really learning more about what makes effective team building sessions. I've really enjoyed seeing all the different activities people use as well, definitely using some of those in the future."
