Powerful Tools

I've recently started using the Learning Design Deck to (individually) prep my lessons. Here's what I love about it:

• The cards allow me to match learning outcomes and activities, making sure all the outcomes are taught through active learning

• the cards allow me to change the order of activities more easily than when planning on screen or on paper,

• the 'pre-populated' cards are a great reminder to use session design and activities that are not in my usual repertoire. For example, Card 8 helped me build differentiation into a lesson.
